An investor portal for Merak Capital, a Saudi fund manager. Investors complete KYC, sign subscription forms and follow their funds. An admin portal lets the fund team invite investors, review forms and manage funds.

What I designed

Investor dashboard with fund performance (IRR, TVPI, DPI) and subscribed funds
Fund detail pages for available and subscribed funds
A 7-step KYC flow: personal details, client classification, employer and bank, FATCA and custodian, investment information, certification and e-signature
Subscription requests with document review and e-signature
Regulatory forms (AML, FATCA, custodian) with approved and pending states
Admin portal: invite individual and corporate investors, investor details, active and deactivated funds, and fund requests between the data manager and admin
