Problems I'm hired to fix

Hover or tap a card to see how I fix it. Most projects start with one of these.

01

The Arabic version feels like a mirror, not a product

Flipping the English screens breaks icons, charts, numbers and reading order.

Flows and layouts planned for English and Arabic together, so neither feels like a translation.

02

Arabic text breaks the layout

Different word lengths, line heights and Arabic fonts push buttons and tables out of shape.

Tokens and components that mirror correctly, with Arabic typography rules built in.

03

Local users don't trust it

Payment, ID and address patterns made for other markets feel foreign in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

Installments, bill pay and government payments, shaped by what I designed for AmEx in Saudi Arabia.

Try it

One screen, two directions

Real screens from two shipped products. Pick a project, then switch to Arabic to see how layout, icons and reading order mirror while amounts stay easy to read.

Questions

What clients ask

Have you designed Arabic products for Saudi Arabia before?

Yes. I worked embedded with American Express on their mobile app in Saudi Arabia, designing Plan It, Bill Payments, Government Payments and Balance Transfer, and on the @Work platform and its design system in English and Arabic. I also designed stc Experts Hub for Saudi Telecom.

Do you design the English and Arabic versions together?

Yes. I plan both directions from the first flows, so layouts, icons and text lengths work in both languages and your engineers build one product, not two.

Can you work in Gulf time zones?

Yes. I am based in Islamabad, two hours ahead of Riyadh and one hour ahead of Dubai, so our working days overlap almost completely.

Do you also build the product?

Yes. Through my studio I work with front-end and back-end developers, so you can get design and build from one team if that suits you better.

Let's make it
clear.

Tell me what you're building. I reply within one working day with first thoughts and next steps.
