4 steps from choosing the patient to a booked home visit

What I designed

A redesign of the existing HomeLab app for Delta Medical Laboratories in Saudi Arabia. I fixed the UX problems in the old flows and rebuilt the UI on top of the previous app designs.

A four-step booking flow: who the order is for, appointment details, order summary and confirmation
Ordering for yourself, a family member or someone else, with patient age, gender and nationality
Three ways to add tests: pick from the test list, choose a lab promotion or upload a photo of a prescription, plus a call-back from an agent
Home visit scheduling with staff gender, map location, date and time slots
Order summary with promo codes, VAT and totals in SAR, and payment by card or STC Pay with Qitaf rewards
Order tracking with progress for each test, from order placed to completed, and results with a trend graph against the reference range
A rating for the sample collector, notifications, a health dashboard and health tips
Family profiles, settings with English and Arabic, and the login, sign-up and password reset flows
